friendly owner on-site parking smoky smell cat fur
The owner was FRIENDLY. he was also helpful, the hotel has parking which is a bonus. IT was clean and we had access to a kitchen and garden.
The hotel smelt of smoke, the house cat had bite marks so i assumed it had fleas, the hotel hadn't been hoovered in years by the looks of it. Cat fur was EVERYWHERE.

I had a private entrance, a bathroom and a kitchen, a great value. the kitchen had a working oven, stove, microwave, toaster, and a fridge with a freezer drawer. It helped reduce meal costs. the manager was cute and friendly. i also found a communal kitchen where i could get tea bags and sugar.
The lighting could be better. I'd suggest adding more reading lamps for those of us who like to read in bed.

the location provided free parking which i definitely needed. the host allowed me to keep my car there even after i checked out.. it was kind. the free wifi worked great. the available bus lines are nearby.
i found the lack of elevator access a little inconvenient. the stairs to the top floor were quite steep. it would have been nice to have an easier way to reach my room with luggage.

The staff were really helpful. They assisted us with directions. when we left an item behind, they kindly offered to mail it to us. the room also had coffee and tea facilities, convenient.
The room felt quite small in comparison to the pictures. it was also not very clean and the bed was really squeaky. the window seemed like it had not been cleaned in a long time. It was quite dirty.

charmed stay Near tottenham stadium!
short journey welcome surprise
The short bus journey to tottenham stadium was convenient for the boxing match. Walking back allowed me to avoid crowds. It was SOOOO EASY. The room featured a kitchenette that included an oven, fridge, and microwave. It was such a welcome surprise after a long day.
The door felt flimsy, I must say. It faced the street, and I felt a bit exposed, even with it locked.
